Crystal is a dedicated Client Service Representative with a deep-rooted passion for animal care. She has been actively involved in the rescue community since 2006 and has worked in veterinary settings since 2017. With years of hands-on experience, Crystal brings a compassionate and knowledgeable approach to every client interaction.

At home, Crystal is the proud pet parent of two chihuahuas, Harper and PeeWee, who are always up for a good snuggle. She also enjoys obedience training with her cattle dog mix, Remy, who often serves as her demo dog when working with others on training and behavior. Crystal is committed to helping both pets and their people feel supported, understood, and empowered.
